Of equal importance, a good read to help parents provide opportunities for children to develop skills to be self-sufficient.

This text gently, yet firmly, guides young boys and girls in exploring what it means to care, to help, to love. Repetition and engaging artwork both support the central messages. The author personifies a forest while highlighting the basic elements of life; the technique not only draws in the intended audience but also sends the reader on a journey through family strength and love, children will learn the importance of trusting one another and grownup will learn to give children room to grow by letting the sun hit their face and the water hit their leaves so they can grow strong and become trees, truly a great read for the family!
