Rafael Colón is one of America's best-known Latino inspirational keynote speakers, executive coach, and team retreat facilitator an entrepreneur, author, master of ceremonies and consultant in both English and Spanish. His previous book, Journey to Success: 8 Steps to Avoid the Career Dormido Virus, received the 1998 North American Book Exchange Best Business Book of the Year Award. The Spanish version, Viaje Hacia El Exito, received Second Place at the 2000 Latino Literary Hall of Fame Book Awards.Alesa Lightbourne, Ph.D., is the co-author of eight books ranging from inspiration to corporate history. Her work has appeared in hundreds of magazines and newspapers. She teaches writing at Chapman University College and Columbia College in Washington state.
