Librería: BSG BOOKS, Covington, LA, Estados Unidos de America
224 pages. Hardcover with a dust jacket. Illustrated. The book combines historical and technical aspects of the Krag rifle story in a highly interesting manner. Both U.S. and European Krags are covered, but there is a special emphasis on the former. Following a detailed description of U.S. Krag rifles and carbines are extensive data on sights, bayonets, accouterments, ammunition, markings, and serial numbers. Many appendices cover specifications of the arms and ammunition, modifications made through the years, and a wealth of other information. Although chiefly for collectors, the book also has a lot to offer for arms designers, historians, and just plain gunbugs. It is the most complete and authoritative work on Krag rifles to date. An excellent study. The Book is in Near Fine condition with only modest use. The Dust Jacket has a couple of small holes at the bottom form with some small paper loss. There is other light wear to the Dust Jacket, primarily light rubbing along the edges and corners and some sight soiling. Overall the Dust Jacket is Very Good. A nice copy of an important rererence at a reasonable price. Nº de ref. del artículo: RC120
