Ulric's commitment to preserving military history was acknowledged in Chariots of War. Robert Hobson, Author- and founder- of The Underwater Heritage Trust, enlisted Ulric to transform his late father's secret documents into a book. The resulting work, [Ulric Publishing, 2004], received numerous accolades including a Foreword by H.R.H The Duke of Edinburgh, afterwords by Admiral Bettini, Italy, Contessa Maria Fede De Taliedo, Italy, Stanley Johnson MBE, The Eden Camp Museum, England and many others.
