The six parts are followed by a Glossary, Bibliography etc and a CD contents section (CD included). Full of b/w musical scores and occasional illustrations. It appears to have been owned by the violinist, John Stephens (see images of front cover and ffep - with address labels and signature (cover) in top right-hand corner). Condition: in a very sound state but note the following: general edge wear and occasional creasing (esp. back card cover in top left hand corner).
