The Snail and the Cherry Tree. [Paperback] by Dalgleish, Joan - Tapa blanda

The Snail and the Cherry Tree.

P/b ed. Paperback small square quarto, very good condition, colour drawings, minor edgewear. 32 pp. A delightful children's picture story by Joan Dalgleish about a very determined snail with one ambition to wrap itself around the biggest reddish cherry on the tree. The snail encounters many dangers on his way on the way to the tree as the seasons pass by. The cherry tree blossoms and bursts into fruit just as the snail reaches its goal. The lyrical, poetic language is easy for independent reading, and the life-like colourful drawings by Gillian Campbell make this book suitable for any age. Nº de ref. del artículo: 28567
