   This is an inspiring book, Experiencing the Depths of Jesus Christ by Madame Guyon. Every Christian should read it. It is a picker-upper for a not going anywhere Christain. Don & Bonnie Stuckless recommend it for a who want to 'go on' in God.

   This book puts into practice the most expressive steps to reaching the ultimate: pure intimacy with Christ Jesus.
   
   I commend Gene Edwards for perpetuating the publishing of this spiritual classic. Edwards' epilogue gives us a wonderful history of this book, written some 320+ years ago. The author, Jeanne Guyon, was declared a heretic by the Catholic church and banished to prison for life. She did not love her life even to the enduring of death itself, but glorified her Savior by her testimony and her instructions have given you and me the glorious opportunity to find that intimate, personal relationship with Him for eternity.
   
   I highly recommend this book.

   This is a book I purchased over 20 years ago. It has helped me walk closer to my Lord and understand the greatest of His love and power. I purchase this book for friends that I know hunger for an intimate and lasting love affair with Jesus. If you desire to know your Lord and walk closer to Him, treat yourself to this intense love walk that will leave you full of His love.
