Comedy / Thirty-something Artie has not been out with a woman since his wife died. His friend Stan lives at home with his mother, dates three times a week and knows all the rules. Stan sets up a blind date for Artie and proceeds to tell him all the new do's and donOts of dating. Artie is petrified. They "double." Stan is smooth—Artie does everything wrong, including the unthinkable—he's sincere! While the date is a disaster, Artie connects with their waitress. Through their conversation Artie realizes that what he had with his wife was wonderful and, even though short-lived, more than most people get in their lives. He learns to gain strength from his marriage, to cherish the memories and to go on with his life. (Cast: 3m., 2w.)
