Acerca del autor
Tony Greiner, librarian at Portland (OR) Community College, works on collection development, reference, and bibliographic instruction.. He holds his MLS from Emporia State University SLIS. Robert Cooper has fourteen years of collection development experience in public and special libraries, including ten years' work with Microsoft's Office Suite (including Excel[registered]). He holds his MLS from the University of Denver.
