Donna Hardina, MSW, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Social Work Education at California State University-Fresno.



Jane Middleton, DSW, is a professor and chair in the department of social work education at California State University, Fresno. She is president-elect of the California chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Dr. Middleton serves on numerous community, state, and national boards. She previously held the position of chair of the master's of social work program in the school of social administration at Temple University.



Salvador Montana, MSW, Phd(c), is a lecturer in the department of social work education at California State University, Fresno.



Roger A. Simpson, PhD, is an assistant professor in the department of social work education at California State University, Fresno.
