Topchik (New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA) is the managing partner of SilverStar Enterprises, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in management development, whose clients include AT&T, Honeywell, Disney, Sony Studios, and Oracle. He is a lecturer in the business and management department at UCLA and is the author or coauthor of The Accidental Manager (0-8144-7180-3), Managing Workplace Negativity (0-8144-0582-7), and The First-Time Manager (0-8144-0821-4).
