Grigory Ioffe is associate professor of geography at Radford University. Tatyana Nefedova is senior researcher at the Institute of Geography at the Russian Academy of Sciences. George J. Demko is professor of geography at Dartmouth College. Zhanna Zaionchkovskaya is chief of the Laboratory for Migration of the Institute for Employment Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Labor, Moscow. Gregory Ioffe is professor of geography at Radford University.
