Steven Gangloff, MD, has a medical degree as well as research experience in genetics, molecular cell biology, and vascular disease from SUNY Fredonia, Harvard Medical School, and University of Pittsburgh. Steven is the Founder/CEO of Dehydrate2Store and served as the expert technical editor of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Dehydrating Foods.
