Maris A. Vinovskis is the University of Michigan Bentley Professor of History, ISR Research Professor, and Professor at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. He was a member of the congressionally mandated Independent Review Panels for Goals 2000 and No Child Left Behind.
