Acerca del autor

Vice Chancellor Reed has been on the faculty of the University of Nebraska Omaha since 1982. He has published in numerous journals including Public Administration Review, The American Review of Public Administration, the International Journal of Public Administration and Public Budgeting and Finance, among others. He is also the author of several books on diverse topics including economic development, strategic planning, financial administration and intergovernmental management.
