CHRIS LASSITER is a sports and lifestyle writer for The News Leader newspaper in Staunton, Virginia. In addition to the 1k plus articles he has written for this newspaper, he has written numerous articles for key urban publications and websites such as: VIBE magazine, HipHopDX.com, Rapzilla.com. He is also the recipient of two Virginia Press Association Awards.In addition to his writing endeavors, Chris has served as the Young Life leader at his former high school, Robert E. lee, for the past 10 years and as a part time staff member at Community Fellowship in Staunton, Virginia.
