FRANK RIESSMAN is the director of the National Self-Help Clearinghouse and is the author of four books on self-help. DAVID CARROLL is the author of When Your Loved One Has Alzheimers, Living with Parkinson's Disease, and Living Well with MS. In addition, he is an Emmy Award-winning television writer and producer.
