ABOUT THE AUTHORS: Gurutej Singh Khalsa has been teaching people to manage their stress for the last nine years in his capacity as director of the 3H0 Foundation, Canada. The 3H0 Foundation is a world-wide nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching people how to relax using yoga, nutrition, meditation and common sense living. Gurutej Singh taught at the University of Toronto for six years and has lectured extensively throughout Canada on the subject of stress management. Gordon Briggs has a specialized interest in corporate stress. He has taught political science at Simon Fraser University, has directed his own government relations consultant firm in Toronto and Ottawa and maintains an active interest in federal politics. He has also taught stress management for executives in business corporations.
