Offer multicultural readings with integrated language exercises

Cultural Explorations contains readings based on folktales, holidays, biographies, geographical and cultural information, and descriptions of people and places from a wide range of countries. Each reading provides a variety of exercises, including pre-listening; listening and post-listening; grammar; speaking; capitalization; punctuation; vocabulary; spelling; and writing. The language exercises include questions and information that relate to the readings. Exercises and activities throughout prepare students for standardized tests such as the CELDT.
