The CBFE is a tool designed for fieldwork educators and faculty who set up fieldwork courses and decide methods of evaluation in Fieldwork I and II. This excellent evaluation allows faculty to evaluate performance in a variety of fieldwork settings and provides a cumulative record of student competency acquisitions to ensure competency for entry to practice. The CBFE defines seven competencies: practice knowledge, clinical reasoning, facilitating change, professional interactions, communication, professional development, and performance management. The package contains a manual and two 17-page evaluation forms.
