This CD-ROM is an interactive reference, practice and assessment tool designed to compliment any medical terminology programme. Features include the use of multimedia (animations, video, graphics and activities) to present terms and word building features plus functions, processes and procedures that are difficult for students to learn from a textbook presentation. A simple, practical interface makes this CD-ROM easy to use for students and instructors. The content is organized into three main categories: "Word Building", "Body Systems" and "Specialties". It also includes assessment practice through a variety of interactive games plus instructional test formats for all sections. An "Instructor's Administration Section" is accessible through a password protected feature.
