This human resources kit offers the tools that business owners and managers need to manage employees. The hands-on guide includes sample plans and recommended examples of policies and guidelines, recruitment, compensation packages, organization charts, training plans, work schedules, and more. Special attention is given to HR negatives such as dismissing employees, redundancy measures, downsizing and severance pay. The book includes sample plans, worksheets and personnel documents across all areas. The companion CD-ROM offers customisable versions of those tools for any business to use immediately.
