About the Author Mark A. Miller, P.E., is president of DigiNet Corporation, a Denver-based data communications engineering firm specializing in the design and management of local area and wide area networks. He is a frequent speaker at industry trade events and has taught numerous workshops at ComNet, Computer Telephony Expo, Comdex, Networld+Interop, and other conferences.
