About the Authors Paul E. Robichaux, MCSE and MCT, is a cryptographic systems designer, system administrator, and author. He is the author of Windows NT(R) Server 4 Administrator's Guide and Managing the Windows NT(R) Registry. Walter J. Glenn, MCSE, works as network administrator and trainer for small to medium-sized businesses. He has contributed to MCSE study guides on a variety of topics, including Windows NT Server 4.0, TCP/IP, and Networking Essentials.
