Acerca del autor
Dr. P. Khare is a university instructor who has published textbooks and numerous articles in international journals. Dr. A. Swarup is a consultant for World Bank (the Energy Access Project). He has over twenty years of teaching experience and holds degrees in mechanical engineering and software certification.
