Ruth Hansten RN, MBA, PhD, FACHE'is the author of six books and numerous articles. Her mission is to promote' healing and wholeness, transforming organizations through relationship enhancement and skills development.'With over 30 years of experience in nursing, she brings both a practical and humorous approach to the essential work that nurses do.' Noted author of numerous articles and award winning books, Marilynn's work has focused on the concepts of delegation, critical thinking, and creative expression. She served as graduate faculty for the University of Phoenix, teaching courses in management, leadership, collaboration and conflict, among many others. Changing directions to reflect her work with intuitive nursing practice (www.intuitiveoptions.com) and energy therapies, Marilynn is now a certified healing touch practitioner and a certified clinical aromatherapist, with a growing private practice in the Treasure Valley of Oregon.
