Splinter Cell: Conviction is actually two games in one—Sam Fisher's story and the co-op prequel that sets up Fisher's exploits. We have walkthroughs for each of them, complete with large maps that show enemy placement and weapon stashes. On page 35, you catch up with Fisher in Malta as he is drawn back into the world of Third Echelon. A new threat stands to plunge the United States into chaos and revelations about Fisher's past will shape his ability to handle the mission. The Co-Op Story walkthrough begins on page 139 and includes two-player strategies for surviving a dangerous secret mission to Russia to obtain EMP technology before it hits the black market.

P.E.C. Challenge Strategies!

Sam Fisher has access to powerful weapons and gear, but unless you upgrade them as soon as possible, your daredevil mission will get a lot tougher. By performing specific manoeuvres and scoring special kills (such as stealth headshots or cat-and-mouse getaways), you fulfil Persistent Elite Challenges. Points earned by completing these challenges are spent on upgrades. We give you full tables for all P.E.C.s on page 25 as well as strategies on how to bank those points right away, including great locations for fulfilling specific requirements.

Deniable Ops Tips!

In addition to saving the world, you can participate in a series of special missions called Deniable Ops both alone and online with friends. Check out maps and detailed strategies for the Deniable Ops missions on page 177, including which gadgets are the best to use for each map and the best hiding spots.
