German Infantry Regiment 66 fought in most of the great battles on the Western Front in the First World War: Le Cateau, First Marne, Arras 1915, the Somme, Chemin des Dames 1917, the German March 1918 offensive, Chemin des Dames 1918, Second Marne and the Siegfried Line. Biografía del autor
Terence Zuber was a US Army infantry officer 1970-1990. He is the author of half a dozen books, including "The Battle of the Frontiers: Ardennes 1914" and "Ten Days in August." He lives in West Virginia. Otto Korfes was an officer in the 66th Infantry Regiment before becoming an historian. He was executed in 1944 for his participation in the Valkyrie plot against Hitler.
