Critical path analysis is a central part of planning and control of work, and so is a compulsory component of a wide range of business courses, and one which often causes particular problems for students. This book assumes no previous knowledge, provides a step by step guide to CPA techniques, and uses worked examples throughout to illustrate the process, together with questions and model answers from a range of exam papers, and is designed to be user friendly. While CPA is often carried out on the computer, knowledge of what goes on behind the software is still essential for students and useful for practitioners.
