Richard Hale is Director of Consulting with IMC Consulting and Dr Peter Whitlam is CEO of International Management Centres, Europe. They have considerable experience of working with major international clients, including allied Domecq, BP, Coca-Cola, Lotus and Motorola and are recognized for their ability to present pragmatic solutions underpinned by action research. They have co-authored a number of books on personal and organizational development, including Practical Problem Solving and Decision Making for Kogan Page, and have written for McGraw-Hill and Gower.
