He looks at the maturing cat's awareness of "rank" and territory; predation, eating and elimination; how and why cats show fear and aggression; and sexual behaviour and parenthood. As well as comparing differences in behaviour between the various breeds, he offers advice on curing problem behaviour and coping with ill and elderly felines.
