Frederick O. Stephens AM MD FRCS(Ed) FACS FRACS is retired Professor of Surgical Oncology and Former Head of Department of Surgery, The University of Sydney, and Consultant Surgeon Emeritus of Surgical Oncology, The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney.
