Sinopsis

“It is one of the ironies of life that, when you reach the end of it, you can look back critically at what you should have done and learn. In my particular lifetime, I have not been very successful, in terms of money, job title or even being popular as an educator or writer. What I have learned, as I have passed through six portals or thresholds to get to this point, is that all thresholds link together as one. They all depend upon one another for a cumulative effect. At the time, I did not know they were thresholds. It is only by looking back in the search for meaning that these six popped up. I would like to share them with you because they are important for my approach to contemplative spirituality.” --The Learning Doctor™ If you have not done so, here are six questions you must answer: What is the purpose of life? What is your purpose in life? How do you sustain your center in the midst of original sin? How does reality fit together as one? How to love fiercely? You know you are going to die, now what? This is an interactive workbook to help you organize your life around a contemplative approach to spirituality. You will design your own spiritual system complete with a daily schedule and practices to keep yourself centered on Christ Jesus.
