The Bridge: A Collection of Short Stories - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

The Golden Gate Bridge, the world famous icon that links the city of San Francisco to Marin County, means so much to the people of that community. It's much more than a beautifully crafted structure of metal and concrete. It's the beating soul of the city. Travelers know they are home when they catch sight of the bridge. People pay a king's ransom to buy homes that have a view of it. In times of happiness, people turn to the bridge to celebrate their successes. Proposals are made, love is declared, relationships that last forever start on the bridge. For others, it's a place of solace, a place of last resort...the soulful mother of the city that wraps her arms around them when they are in crisis. Join me and listen to the stories of The Bridge.
