Michael B. Dye, Esq, has worked in various capacities with the US government for more than fifteen years. He’s a former diplomat with extensive experience in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America—the US embassy in Mexico City being one of his posts among numerous US embassies and consulates worldwide. Dye is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia. He’s an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in both Japan and Singapore.

Jeremy G. Stobie, CPA, is CEO of an international public accounting and compliance firm that has offices in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He has extensive experience in domestic and international taxation of multinational companies and investors, as well as companies investing and moving to the United States. He’s a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner, and chartered global management accountant.
