Jill T. Freeze is a freelance management consultant who has worked with such organizations as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, The Smithsonian, and the White House. She authored Sams Teach Yourself Internet Explorer 5 (Sams, 1999), Using Microsoft Office 97 (Que, 1997) and Introducing WebTV (Microsoft Press, 1997).
