Acerca del autor

Gene has worked for various training and development organisations, some being the biggest and most significant ones in Australia. He is passionate about leadership both in the adult world (creating leaders who can change their organisation and community) and in education (helping students develop their potential and staff re-discover the fun of teaching). A sought-out speaker for conferences and seminars, Gene can often be found sharing about leadership (his first passion) and creativity (his second passion) in learning. Now working for the highly prestigious Leadership Western Australia as one of their Leadership Development Managers, Gene shares his insights into the simple requirements and lessons of leadership to help others discover what he has also discovered - that leadership is about listening and communicating - and sometimes taking a risk. Gene has written and had published some four books, two on leadership and two fiction novels for young teens.
