Josh Grillo is an entrepreneur, author, speaker and consultant. He’s president of Resident360, a multifamily Internet marketing company providing extra profitable apartment websites and lead generation services. He first started marketing on the Internet back in 2000, creating website products for ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX local TV stations. By 2005, Josh created a new trend of marketing that leveraged local TV station brands to capture new advertisers. Combined with TV commercials, websites, vanity phone numbers and Internet marketing this new trend generated over $50 million in revenue for clients in less than 24 months. In 2008, when the recession hit, television advertisers pulled back on their spending. Josh took his business off air and worked directly with real estate clients and eventually multifamily companies on Internet marketing and lead generation strategies. He brings his 13 years experience of building multi-media campaigns on television and the Internet to the multifamily industry. Josh has perfected a blend of Internet marketing combined with direct response triggers that give multifamily clients outstanding results. Josh lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Natasha, son Jadson and their two Labrador Retrievers Koa and Kona. He enjoys travel, surfing, reading and spending time with his family.
