Princess Rowena Daly-Dixon is the owner/operator of Healthful Essence Vegetarian Restaurant, located at 875 York Avenue S.W., Atlanta, GA 30310. She has been a staple in the health-conscious and in the surrounding Atlanta community for over 15 years. She has been preparing food since the age of 9 and has since studied under such greats as Dr. Ignatius Foster, founder of Microcosmic Science. These studies encouraged the formation and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle through the preparation of healthy foods. She is deeply committed to healthy living by using her culinary skills to prepare healthy and nutritious cuisine.
