Reseña del editor

Enter the world of Elizabeth Zara Pagan, a poet who explores a diverse range of subject matter. Give voice to unspoken thoughts, find hope, and open the door to mysteries of the unknown with this collection of beautiful poems.

From "A Lonely Boy"

His mom and dad have gone away,
Without hope for what might be,
He feels as though his life was tossed,
Like a stone, cast out to sea.

From "The Majestic Mighty Lee"

Their minds ramble as they toil,
Overflowing with despair,
"An iceberg hacked the starboard,
Someone signal up a flare"!

From "Shaft of Darkness"

Rescuers hear their friends below the soil,
Aware of the impending doom,
Their strength of will can never move,
Those buried in their tomb.

From "Where Evil Lurks"

It takes time to get the hang of breathing,
From the dread, that wears them thin,
When phantoms from the pit of hell,
Rise to haunt their homes within.
