Biografía del autor

Fred Morton publishes extensively on African Slavery. He and Elizabeth Eldredge edited the seminal work on slavery in the South African interior (Slavery in South Africa: Captive Labor on the Dutch Frontier, Westview 1994). His most recent book is on Bostwana and South Africa (When Rustling Was an Art: Pilane?s Kgatla, 1840-1902, David Philip/New Africa Books, 2008.)
