David Kalb has been assisting contractors and the construction industry for over twenty-five years. He started Capitol Services in 1982 after mediating problems for the Governor?s Office. David is a recognized expert on contractor licensing issues and writes Kalb?s Capitol Connection, a featured weekly column in over 30 industry publications.
