Biografía del autor

Mark M. Owen, Ph.D. has worked for more than twenty years as an engineer in the Defense industry. He has authored hundreds of technical reports and presentations over the course of his career. First Chance represents the marriage of his writing skills with an exciting creative concept to produce a thoroughly entertaining literary suspense novel. Dr. Owen lives in the Old Dominion of Virginia.
