The contributions are from people of all ages and professions, from writers, architects, and teachers, to students, parents, and children. They wrote their stories as letters to friends or as private reflections, and they share them here in the spirit of healing, so that we can all better understand the legacy of 9/11.The proceeds from this book will be given to downtown schools and local charities.

Biografía del autor

About the EditorsStephanie Izarek has been a writer and editor for 13 years and a resident of Tribeca for 9 years. She lives downtown with her 8-year old son, Emmet, and her partner, Dan Costa. She is currently the Executive Editor of Scholastic?s Parent & Child magazine.Dan Costa is a freelance writer and editor who covers technology and culture. He has contributed to PC Magazine, Computer Shopper, Fortune/CNET Technology Review, Time Out New York and numerous other publications. He is currently working on a cookbook.
