Sinopsis
The Aux have been dropped on a far-flung planet called Hekati, only it's in Uplift space and not really a planet at all. As for their mission, it seems it's so damn secret that General Jaxx hasn't even told Lieutenant Sven Tveskoeg what it's about. It seems a citizen of the United Free, an empire not only more vast than OctoV's but far more technologically advanced, has gone missing on this artificial world and it's up to Sven and the Aux to find the poor soul. Acerca del autor
Smartly dressed, resourceful and discreet, David Gunn has undertaken assignments in Central America, the Middle East and Russia (among many other places). He is happiest when on the move and tends not to stay in one town or city for very long. He comes from a service family, has an impressive collection of edged weapons and sleeps with a shotgun under his bed. Death's Head was his first novel.

Lieutenant Sven Tveskoeg s genetic makeup is only 98.2 percent human. What s left is non-specific but possibly has a bearing on his enhanced healing abilities, superior strength and worrying sociopathic tendencies.
