The Timber Research and Development Association is an independent research and development association jointly financed by firms and individuals, the timber trade, professions and industry and grant-aided by the department of the Environment. Educational and training courses are organised and the Association is the source of a wide range of authoritative publications on matters relating to the use of timber.
