Sinopsis

This book is aimed at headteachers, deputy heads and heads of departments in secondary schools and primary schools, principals, vice-principals and heads of faculty in colleges of further education, educationalists in universities and polytechnics and local education authority officers. The first part of the book contains six essays on school curriculum, followed by a section discussing development, assessment and evaluation of the curriculum. The book then discusses organizations concerned with whole school curriculum, such as accreditation agencies, subject organizations and work organizations. The final sections of the book are concerned with the work of the local education authorities and higher education.
