In 2020, Jayshree was awarded the Society for Women Engineers (SWE) highest ‘Achievement Award’. Speaking to national and international audiences, her professional roles have taken her to 15 countries to collaborate on projects and address topics of innovation, leadership, science communication and student engagement, advocating for diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).All proceeds of this book go to the Jayshree Seth Scholarship for Women of Color in STEM to be administered by the Society of Women Engineers. The scholarship is aimed at helping underrepresented minorities advance in STEM education and professions related to engineering and technology.
