Some of what you are about to read is absolutely true, I kid you not. Some of it is pure unadulterated bullshit. You can decide for yourself what is real and what is bullshit! For obvious reasons, I can’t let you in on that secret. You see, the actual fact of the matter is that at one time I did work in Amity where this series of adventures played out. Yes, I carried a badge; it was number 108. I also carry a Glock and well…sometimes truth really is much stranger than that which the mind can create! When an officer leaves the station, they have no idea whether they will live through their shift or not. In recent years times have changed, and dangers that were not that prevalent years ago are now everywhere and threaten an officer every day they go to work. While the majority of an officer’s time is spent on mediocre calls, they never know if one of those calls will escalate into a life and death situation.
