TIM COLLINS, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at National-Louis University (Chicago), where he teaches courses in EFL and Applied Linguistics to prospective ESL teachers. He has extensive publishing experience in the fields of ESL and Adult Education, and serves on the Board of Directors of the TESOL International Association.
